We’re excited to be launching our very own Fair Play Bill – a set of common-sense solutions to stop big money dominating our democracy so it works for everyone, not just the powerful few.

A diverse range of researchers, legal experts and political scientists have worked hard to develop a detailed and credible piece of legislation based on the reforms in our Framework for a Fair Democracy.

We’re launching the Bill with a splash to make sure that it reaches the eyes and ears of our politicians. Join us for a peaceful rally on the lawns in front Parliament House in Canberra.

The launch will be theatrical and fun. We’re planning an epic tug of war to demonstrate the uneven playing field in our democracy – and how the Fair Play Bill could balance the score.

The more people there, the bigger message we send to our leaders that our community demand a democracy that isn’t captured by corporate interests.
