The campaign to restore integrity to us democracy and what we can learn from them

As 2022 kicks off and we head into a federal election campaign, Australian Democracy Network and Mannifera invite our civil society and philanthropy partners to join us in a discussion with the Declaration for American Democracy.

During this panel discussion and Q&A, we’ll hear about the strategic decisions that enabled the Declaration coalition to be so politically effective in the US, and the challenges ahead. We’ll discuss 

  • Similarities and differences between democracy in the US and Australia 
  • What we can learn from each other, and 
  • What #OurDemocracy, Australia’s leading democracy alliance, is planning for this election year.
